A workshop introducing the fundamentals of the Fourth Industrial Revolution was held at Urmia University of Technology. The event was attended by interested students and featured a lecture by Dr. Morteza Moradi, a faculty member of the Industrial Engineering Department. The workshop interactively explored engaging discussions on how industries worldwide are being transformed by technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, cloud computing, digital twins, virtual reality, augmented reality, and additive manufacturing. Emphasis was placed on the importance of integrating Industry 4.0 concepts into academic curricula and fostering innovative thinking among engineering students.
