The license was issued to admit a non-Iranian student to Urmia University of Technology.
Pursuant to this license, which was announced by the head of the General Department of Non-Iranian Student Affairs of the Student Affairs Organization of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology on October 22, 2014, the Executive Committee for Examining Licenses of the Student Affairs Organization agreed to admit non-Iranian students to Urmia University of Technology.
The agreement in principle of this license has been issued for a course of study and based on several stages of visiting and examining in person the facilities and infrastructure available in the site of Band, Jahatloo site as well as the dormitory spaces of the university. Appropriate educational and research infrastructures, especially in the field of virtual education, high power and motivation of young faculty members and knowledge of the day, brilliant history of the university in the field of research, technology and communication with industry despite being young, and good position of the university in rankings National and international factors have been effective in assessing the facilities and potential of the university to attract international students.
It is expected that the admission of non-Iranian students from the academic year 1400-1401 in the master's degree and among male students will begin.
