Brain tumor segmentation based on deep learning and an attention mechanism using MRI multi-modalities brain images

A method of identifying brain tumors is presented in MRI images using in-depth learning. Unlike many methods, this article uses four different types of imaging to reveal all the details of brain tissue. Also, since a robust preprocessing method has been proposed to remove different parts of the brain where the probability of tumor presence is close to zero, the speed and accuracy of tumor tissue separation has been greatly increased. In addition, the use of attention mechanism in the neural network of cascading cannula has significantly improved tumor isolation.

Scientific Reports from Nature Publishing has been ranked Q1 in the JCR and SJR citation databases for the past five years with an impact factor of 4 to 5.5.
